Dégustation (French for tasting) is a company inviting you to share a native’s passion for artisan champagne – champagne direct from independent, family-owned estates.
Degustation is about sharing a love of quality champagne - particularly the relationship between man and nature. Our vine growers and their estates provide a unique blend of plots, grape varieties, soils and climate, each working with nature and individual flair to produce delectable champagne.
Proprietor Augustin hunts through the small villages of the Champagne region – his birthplace – observing the best growing plots and tracking the talent and inspiration behind great, rare champagne to bring you this precious commodity straight from the growers.
Dégustation has a soft spot for growers who are mindful of nature and work hard to preserve their great region for future generations, thereby protecting the natural quality of champagne. We bring you the best nature can offer with little recourse to chemicals - just traditional wine making methods and ethical champagne at exceptional value.
