ETHICAL POLICY
We specialise in independent producers’ champagne and this is ethical in itself, rewarding the craftsmanship of smaller producers who cannot indulge in branding, pr or other promotional exercise. Dégustation is the search for authenticity and opens the door to well hidden individual and original producers for you.
We know each of the producers we work with that’s why we know so much about the champagne they make and more importantly are able to buy some! We will try our best to pass this information to you in a fun and interesting way.
We believe we are lucky to have access to such champagnes and do not look for greedy discounts.

Environement:
Dégustation has a soft spot for a growers mindful of nature working hard to preserve their great region for future generations and interested to bring up the best nature can offer with little recourse to chemicals and traditional wine making methods, ethical champagne really.
