TERMS & CONDITIONS
There is no minimum order and you can mix any champagnes and quantities. But don’t forget that our most exceptional value is found when you purchase your champagne by the case (6 bottles unmixed)
Prices include VAT except for wholesale and trade. Prices are subject to change
For payment we accept cheques and electronic payments (we will wait for funds to clear before your champagne is dispatched) or credit card using Paypal email payment.
Once your order is confirmed by email it will be prepared for despatch within 48 hours or until payment clears. We will accommodate (depending on availability) changes you wish to make after you have placed an order unless it has already been dispatched.
If a champagne sells out we will call or email to let you know when it may be available or suggest an alternative. Degustation prefers to keep champagne ion the cellar where it was made as long as possible. Because of this there may be a delay in dispatch.
Should you wish to return your order for any reason let us know and you will receive a refund as soon as the champagne is returned. Delivery and return charges will apply.
Mistakes and disputes Your rights as a consumer are protected by the Consumer Act.
If you are not satisfied by the service or product and you notify us of the problem we will do our best to offer suitable solutions.

Degustation will endeavour to respond to any queries within 5 working days.
